I have cut everything so it can be punched out delicately from the backing.   In a few cases, you may have to clip a couple of threads.  I have also found that the backing paper for the fusible is the layer that might stick a little but it doesn’t matter because you are going to remove it anyway.   

I have used Heat and Bond Lite.  I found this to be the best for my laser cutting.

I put all the packets together myself and I know that all the pieces are there.  

I have included an extra leaf or two for each color.  I have labeled the back of each section with the color number.  It is in the order that you will be placing them as you stitch the wreath out.  There are no extra pieces for the bow.
