Orders

We try our best to have everything in stock for our clients, but unfortunately it sometimes happens that a product runs out of stock.

In that case, please contact our Customer Service Department, to find out when the product will be back in stock again, or if there may be a suitable alternative.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. If, for some reason, we are away, we will emaoil you and let you know when your order will be shipped.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and ready for shipping.
