Pattern Updates

Although we strive for perfection, sometimes there are still hiccups. When burning new CDs, these corrections will have already been made.

Pocket Full of Posies
It seems as if the cutting files for Vine Group B were missing.   Please click here for those files. Thank you!

12 Days of Christmas
You will need 2/3 yard for sashing and borders. Sub-cut into six, 1 1/2" x WOF strips for sashing AND four, 2 1/2" x WOF strips for border.

Tulips and Easter Eggs ITH Wall Hanging
It seems that the SVGs for the SMALL Easter Egg 3 were the wrong size.  Please click here for the corrected files.

The Wonky Houses - Autumn
It seems that the Medium Design EXP files were missing. Please click here for those files. Thank you!

The Little Things
It seems that the 145 x 255 EXP files for the Borders - Quilt and BR were missing. Please click here for those files. Thank you!

Feel the Beat
We have updated the pattern with these instructions for a Wall hanging version of the Feel the Beat quilt.  It’s 42” x 46”. Please click here for the instructions. While I am at it, for those of you who purchased the pattern as soon as it was ready, the EXP files for the Saxophone got lost in the HUS folder for the Saxophone.  Thank you!

Secondly, It looks like the SVG file for the Boom Box is two pieces when it should be one.   Please click here for the correct file. It is good for Mirror or Non-Mirror.

Bit-O-Color Quilted Holiday Banners
I have widened the banner borders so that they are 3" wide instead of 2 1/2" wide.  Because of this, I have made a few other changes. Please click here for new banner instructions. Thank you!

Bridal Bouquet
Here are some updates to the Bridal Bouquet pattern and that same portion of the Valley Blossoms pattern.

The first update concerns labeling changes:

  1. The Non-Mirror PDFs and SVGs were the same as the Mirror PDFs and SVGs so they have been flipped and thus corrected.
  2. On page 4 of the Peel and Stick sheets, the Leaf at the top of the Lupine flower is Leaf #7. This Leaf is used in the Right-hand Edge of Border Hooping 2.
  3. On page 4 of the Peel and Stick sheets, the Stem on the page that is labeled Stem #10 is now Stem #11. Stem #11 replaces Stem #10 in the Right-hand Edge of Border, Hooping 3.

Please click here for those file updates.

The next update concerns the VIP files for both the Right-hand side Hooping 3 and the Left-hand side Hooping 4.

Please click here for those file updates.

Flowering Cactus
It was brought to our attention that the Non-Mirror PDFs and SVGs were the same as the Mirror PDFs and SVGs so they have been flipped and thus corrected. Please click here for those file updates.

More Prickly Blooms
It was brought to our attention that the Cutting Files were mislabeled. Please click here for the correctly labeled files.

Pea-Pods
It was brought to our attention that the Mirror PDF for Y and Z was missing from the CD. Please click here for the file.

Countdown Calendar
It was brought to our attention that the designs for the numbers 4,5 and 6 in the folders for THREE numbers at a time were missing the number 6. Please click here for the updated files.

The Little Things
It was brought to our attention that the SVGs for the word "things" used in both the quilt and the bedrunner had an extra "t" which made them impossible to open in the Brother Scan and Cut software.  Please click here for the updated files.

Inked - Makers Quilt: Hoop-Hoop-Hooray
It was brought to our attention that the final black stitching on this design was still split up.  Please click here for the updated file.

Dinner Plate Dahlia (JEF files)
It was brought to our attention that the "4 dot files" for all methods did not fit in the Janome hoop.   A few changes have been made and we have it on good authority that these files now work.  Please click here for those file updates.

Flower Basket: I know this will be confusing.   It was brought to our attention that the Center Basket that has been digitized has a tulip and a daffodil.  The pattern for the English Garden pattern cover shows this version. Poinsettia Bouquet shows two daffodils. Thus, the new Flower Basket patterns will have two daffodils. Please contact me if you have already purchased the original version and would like a updated digital download.  Thank you!

Flower Basket (Version 1)
I've had to tweak Corner Basket - 3 Hoopings, Hooping 1 (The   crosshairs where just a hair too big and made it difficult to line up in a 200x300 hoop.) Please click here for that file.

Flower Basket (Versions 1 and 2)
Also, there is also a small change on Center Basket - 3 Hoopings, Hooping 2
(I removed the gold dot. It should only be stitched out in Hooping 3.) Please

Confetti Bibs:
I forgot the cupcake appliqué template when I printed off the last batch of patterns.  Please click here for that file.

Rosalita: In the corner stitch-outs for Rosalita, I mixed up Step #8 and Step #9.  Please click here for updated stitch-out instructions. The labels for Hoopings 1 and 2 are mixed up on Corners 2 and 4 PDF.  Please click here for updated PDF.

Live Laugh Love: I seem to have forgotten to add the Full template PDF to the Live Laugh Love CD. Please click here for that file.

Spring in Prague: As I was stitching this out for a second sample, I decided that some of the instructions needed a bit more clarification. Please click here for updated pages. In addition, if you are hooping the letters for CREATE, in the second hooping - ATE, the bottom of the T stitches out before the bottom of the A.

Confetti Holidays: The E in LOVE appears to have been knocked off course.  Please click here for the corrected files.

Wreath for All Seasons: The third hooping for the Mega hoop is missing on some of the CDs. Please click here for the corrected files.

Secondly, some of the PES files were corrupt.  Please click here for the corrected files.

Thirdly, there is a duplicate heart in the second hooping for the Valentine Wreath 200 x 300.  Please click here for the corrected files.

Lastly, on page 3 of the instructions, I tell you to mark your fabric on the wrong side .  After teaching this class several times, we have found it easier if you mark your fabric on the right side.  It makes it easier to line up the different hoopings correctly.

Potpourri: Page 7 of the Flower Hoopings and Stitch-outs has the wrong picture for Flower 5.  The instructions are correct, but if it bothers you, click here for the corrected page.

It was brought to my attention that not all 60 degree equilateral triangles are the same.  I used the Creative Grids 60 degree Equilateral Triangle for my Dogstooth border in this quilt.  It has the point of the triangle squared off so when you are using the 2" mark to measure the distance between the two 1/4"seams, it is an exact 2".  If you use a different type of 60 degree equilateral triangle and the top is not squared off, then you may have to make an adjustment such as putting the 2 1/4" mark on the bottom 1/4" seam when you are cutting. The distance between the two seams must be 2".

Orange Dynasty: The PES files for Blocks 2 and 3 were corrupt.  Please click here for the corrected files.

Olivia: On Hooping 3 for the 200x300 hoop and the 140x400 hoop, the placement line for the large leaf is missing.  Please click here for the corrected files.

Emilie: PES: Hooping 3 for the 200x300 hoop is corrupt.  Please click here for the corrected file.

Frances: PES: Hooping 1 for the 200x300 hoop is corrupt.  Please click here for the corrected file.

PES: Hooping 3 and 4 for Mega Hoop. Please click here for the correct files.

Confetti Cactus: On a handful of the Confetti Cactus CDs, the basting stitch got moved to the end of the stitch-out. Please contact me if you have one of these CDs.

Silhouette Storybook: Here is the revised storybook for the Silhouette.  I've added to Step 5 the fact that my templates are mirror-imaged and that you need to cut with the fabric face down on the mat and the fusible side up.
