Inked - Makers Quilt is the third in a series of machine embroidery designs illustrated by Heather Corey and digitized by Vanessa Fromm.

This pattern contains the following:

Design files in the following formats: ART60, .ART, .DST, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .PES, .SHV, .VP3.

Each of the designs has been divided up so that they can be stitched out using a hoop with an embroidery field that is at least 145mm x 255mm (5.7” x 10.0”). Alternatively, you can complete the designs in fewer hoopings using a hoop with an embroidery field approx 200mm x 300mm (7.8” x 11.8”) . Exact design sizes are listed below.

*Pattern includes cutting instructions and SVG cutting files that can be used with your preferred electronic cutting machine.

This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.

HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away.   I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.

Love the Makers Quilt

I have loved making the blocks for the quilt so far. I have four of them done, and really love the appliqué.
