This pattern is Machine Embroidery ONLY!

This pattern contains the following:

Design files and instructions for the Bit-O-Color Hello Summer Quilted banner, in the following formats: 
.dst, .emb, .exp, .hus, .jef, .pes, .vip, .vp3.

The design has been divided into two hoopings.  An 8" x 12" hoop is required.

The straight-line quilting behind the letters in each hooping is part of each design!       *** I have also added a version with curved quilting. I have put both pictures in the Stitch-outs - You choose! You will use the same stitch-outs for both versions.

Quilting for borders is also included. (See below)

This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.

HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away.   I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.
