The whimsical embroidery applique designs for Spring in Prague are based on antique lace designs from the Czech Republic and Romania. This quilt is a perfect candidate for a Block of the Month.

The CD contains machine embroidery designs in the following formats: .art, .art60, .dst, .exp, .hus, .jef, .pcs, .pes, .shv, and .vp3.

A hoop with an embroidery field at least 145mm x 255mm (5.7” x 10.0”) is required. Alternatively, you can complete the designs in fewer hoopings using a hoop with an embroidery eld approx 256mm x 400mm (10.2” x 15.7”) . Exact design sizes are listed at the top of each of the hooping stitch-outs.

BONUS!!! Embroidery design letters (L and B) and instructions for a CELEBRATE Table Runner have also been included in this pattern.

*Pattern includes cutting instructions and SVG cutting files that can be used with your preferred electronic cutting machine.

This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.

HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away.   I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.

This is the first time I have used the cameo to cut out my applique shapes. Thank you for your tutorial. I took a class, in 2017, and made the "Celebrate" banner, but cut it all by scissors. Love using the machine instead. Your directions are easy to follow
