This pattern is only for AQG students who have signed up for the Aug 26th  2026 class.

This download contains the following: Design files and instructions for three cards in the following formats: .DST, .EMB, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .PES, .VP3.

Designs are: 4.50" x 6.50". A 5" x 7" hoop or larger is required.

Applique for two of the cards and the actual cards will be sent to you once you have paid for the class.

Preparation for Class:

• Prepare your background fabric
• Download the digital embroidery files you will be sent for the class
• Print off the PDF Stitch-Out Sheets included in the download
• Print off the instructions included in the download 
  

List of Supplies:

• Applique (included in kit) 6" x 8" rectangle of background fabric for each design (3 total)
• 6" x 8" rectangle of Pellon 101 (Shape-Flex) for each design (3 total)
• Tearaway stabilizer—2 layers of 1.8 oz firm tearaway (6 total)
• 5" x 7" blank cards (included in kit) (3 total)
• Coordinating threads for embroidery
• Erasable or water-soluble pen
• 505 spray or glue stick

This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.

HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away.   I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.
