The embroidery applique for the Lorikeet Love table runner and pillows is based on embroidery designs from Germany in the early 1930s. The finished table runner is 20" x 59"
CD contains design files in the following formats: ART60, .ART, .DST, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .PES, .SHV, .VIP, .VP3.
Each of the two Lorikeet designs have been divided so that they can either be stitched out in two hoopings, three hoopings, or four hoopings depending on hoop size. Either a Mega hoop, Jumbo hoop, or Maxi hoop with an embroidery field at least 150mm x 400mm (5.8” x 15.7”) OR a hoop with an embroidery field 300mm x 200mm (11.8” x 7.8”) can be used.
*Pattern includes cutting instructions and SVG cutting files that can be used with your preferred electronic cutting machine.
This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.
HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away. I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.
